FlightMaint is a web-based aircraft maintenance tracking and management platform ("the Service"). The Service provides tools for tracking work orders, flight reports, inspection intervals, engine life, component life, directives compliance, pilot logbooks, and related aviation maintenance records.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. The Service is a record-keeping and tracking aid and does NOT replace professional judgment, FAA-required inspections, or airworthiness determinations made by qualified personnel including but not limited to certificated mechanics (A&P), Inspection Authorization (IA) holders, or Directors of Maintenance (DOM).
You acknowledge and agree that:
FlightMaint provides alerts, calculations, and tracking tools to assist maintenance management. These tools are informational aids only and do not constitute airworthiness determinations, return-to-service authorizations, or maintenance approvals. The Director of Maintenance (DOM), Inspection Authorization (IA) holder, or equivalent authority remains solely responsible for determining aircraft airworthiness per 14 CFR Part 43 and Part 91.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FLIGHTMAINT, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
This includes but is not limited to damages arising from: grounded aircraft, missed inspections, regulatory non-compliance, FAA enforcement actions, personal injury, property damage, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to FlightMaint in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.
All data entered by your organization remains your property. You may export your data at any time during your active subscription. Upon subscription termination:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlightMaint and its developers from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: your use of the Service, aircraft maintenance decisions made using data from this system, regulatory violations, airworthiness determinations, or your breach of these Terms.
The Service is billed at $100 per aircraft per month. Payment is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period. A 90-day free trial is provided to all new organizations. No credit card is required during the trial period.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions. You should not rely solely on this system for time-critical airworthiness decisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you may cancel your subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For questions regarding these Terms, contact us at support@flightmaint.com.
By using FlightMaint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
